We are also a specialist accommodation provider with the appropriate license/planning permission to house vulnerable no recourse to public funds service users who have high support needs in smaller units as flats, bungalows shared houses and single-family dwelling units. We run an asylum seekers/NRPF housing scheme called the DPlus Housing Solution (simply referred to as DPlus).
All our schemes are furnished with furniture, housewares, luxury linens, fully-equipped kitchens, full-size washer/dryer, all utilities/internet and television. We can provide a computer, if needed.
Our service is very cheap as compared to B& B and service users get a lot more. Also, Local Authorities could place single individuals in any of our schemes free of charge for up to a maximum of one week whilst undertaking an assessment. When the free service ends, we would charge our normal rate, if an extended stay is required.
Currently, we have single-family dwelling units, flats, two-bedroom properties and and three-bedroom decent accommodation, available at Narborough Road, New Parks and Groby Road areas of Leicester. We can also source out accommodation in other areas of Leicester.We accept referrals from Local Authorities, Health Care Professionals, Probation Service, The British Red Cross, and Refugee Action & Other Agencies
Supported Accommodation for Young People (16+)
Following our successes in accommodation-based service for adults with disability, we are now expanding our operations to include housing and support provision for young people aged 16-25 (including young people who are looked after by the local authority, care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seekers, or teenage parents).We have a number of one-bedroom self-contained flats and shared houses in Leicester
