Bonney Care Agency provides housing Related Support to enable individuals to maintain their tenancies and to live independently. Since 2015, we have been delivering a Leicester City Council Independent Living Support (Supported Housing) for two individuals with moderate to severe Autism and associated complex needs and behaviors that challenge. We provide community based support services for aged 18+ adults offering successful and lasting routes out of social exclusion and homelessness. We work with individuals to support and solve problems related to their home or tenancy that may lead to the loss of their home. We will work with the individual to improve their quality of life by promoting independence and encouraging them to build on their existing strengths.
An Independent Living Worker will work with the person to create a support plan which will be regularly reviewed to check progress is being made.
